• confirm receipt of the file within 1 working day, explaining the steps to be taken;
• inform you, within 1 working day after a hearing, of the course of that hearing (case was postponed or pleaded, date when judgment can be expected, etc.);
• communicate all deadlines imposed by the court;
• send procedural documents of the opposing party with a short summary of the opposing party's position and the request to provide your comments;
• communicate the draft summons, conclusions etc. in advance;
• if the other party remains silent, to take the initiative to activate the case;
• inform you at regular intervals of the status of your case.
